Below are some of our most common questions asked just click on the question to see the answer.
This depends on the type of event and what sort of photography you require. In most instances of studio and sports photography we will attend your event for FREE and just charge for the photographs we print. Please contact us for more information.

If you have requested a studio for portraits we need an area of approximately 4mx4m with a power supply.
For all events where we are printing onsite we need an area with a power supply where we can set up the viewing and printing station. This should be in fairly close proximity to the main events and within 50m of the portrait studio if requested. If possible a table and chairs should be provided by the venue for us. This is something we would discuss before the event.
Please make sure the venue knows we are attending!
For our studio and sports photography the prints can either be purchased at the event or online for a month after the event. There is also an option for prepaying for the prints, please see questions below.
For our party photography we host the images online for a month after the event, we will hand out flyers at the event so that your guests can see them and purchase any.
We sell our prints at the event for £12.50 for a 6"x9" print including a stylish display strut mount. Prints are also available online after the event, you can also order other sizes of prints and design your own montages online (not available for all events).
Schools/Universities and Military Balls receive a 20% discount on photos purchased onsite.
Please note that images purchased online don't include a display strut mount.
Yes—it is possible for us to arrange a prepayment for your prints. One way of you to do this is to include the price of a print in your ticket price. In return we issue you with the corresponding number of prepaid vouchers to give to your guests at the event.
Military Events have the option of charging the photos to the mess bills of the individuals. We then send a breakdown of who ordered what.
Yes—one of the benefits of having IMMI Events at your fundraiser is that we can offer a chance to raise more funds. We will donate 10% of our takings at your event to your charity.
Alternatively if you are booking us for party photography we will give you a 20% discount.
